Tanda Tula Safari Camp is perfectly placed on the banks of the Nhlaralumi River, offering stunning views of the wildlife and natural scenery in the area. The Camp has nine hybrid off-grid suites, two of which are family suites. Modern materials like glass, canvas, and steel are used in these suites to make them look luxurious without taking away from the natural environment. Each suite has its own private deck with an eco-plunge pool, as well as both indoor and outdoor showers.

The Timbavati Private Nature Reserve is regarded as one of the top safari destinations in South Africa. People who own land in the reserve have worked together to create a protected area of over 53,000 hectares (131,00 acres) of untouched natural wilderness that borders the Kruger National Park and is part of an open ecosystem. The Timbavati is a very professional and well run reserve that helps protect populations of many threatened species, including black and white rhinoceroses, pangolins, saddlebilled storks, southern ground hornbills, and more.

Tanda Tula was started by Don and Nina Scott and is also owned by the Jackson and Mathebula families. Everyone who works there always feels like they're part of a family, and that feeling spreads to our guests as well.
